We will always try to resolve issues quickly and will not always deal with them under the corporate complaints policy as there may be a more effective way to resolve them. Once we have reviewed your complaint we will be in touch and will let you know how we are dealing with the concerns you have raised.
If your complaint is about a member of staff, we will refer it to the appropriate manager as the conduct of officers is not within scope of the Council’s Complaints Policy. It will then will be dealt with internally by management in accordance with staff related policies and procedures.
