Fast Track Pavement Licence

  • All applicants MUST complete all sections

  • All applicants MUST submit a detailed plan of the external area showing dimensions.

  • All applicants MUST specify the days of the weeks and times that you will have the furniture on the street

  • All applicants MUST submit photographs for the area to be applied for.

  • All applicants MUST submit details of their public liability insurance.

  • All applicants MUST contact traffic@hounslow.gov.uk if applying for a pavement licence in a parking bay to enquire if a loading or parking bay can be suspended. This must be done prior to completing this form.
  •  The bay MUST be suspended before a pavement licence can be issued.
  • LB Hounslow is under a duty to protect the funds it administers and to this end may use the information that you have provided to this authority for cross system and cross authority comparison purposes for the prevention and detection of fraud.

  • Unless all the required documents are provided as part of this application consultation will not begin. We will email you to request the relevant document(s) needed and once provided consultation will begin.
