You can use this form to submit application for naming of streets and naming and numbering of properties.
Additional requirements:
For new developments, including conversions and infills, a site location, site layout with plot numbers plans must be provided.
You need to include “Plot to Postal Address schedule” indicating which plot on the plan refers to which property (flat/house) and that addressable units are located on what level.
Payment:
LBH will raise an invoice for the total cost of this application (naming and numbering charges are shown within the ‘House/ street naming and numbering’ section of the LBH website).
