Easter Holiday Activity and Food Programme

Featuring sports and games, cooking, computing coding, music, arts and crafts, circus skills and much more, all HAF activities will take place across the borough, including special activities for the celebration of the Easter, Ramadan and Eid.

The Easter edition of HAF will be delivered from 2 to 12 April. Families in Hounslow with children aged between 5 and 16 years who are entitled to benefit related free school meals can attend the HAF activities for free. Those registered for benefits related free school meals will automatically receive their e-voucher/s from schools to book onto the activities on offer from 1 March.

Eligible children can attend four sessions from and enjoy a free, nutritious meal every day. Children who are fasting for Ramadan are encouraged to attend, and each provision will be able to adapt to the child’s needs.

Councillor Lily Bath, Cabinet Member for Education, Children, Skills and Employment, said:

We encourage all the eligible children and young people in the borough to take part in the upcoming HAF programme, where they can try and learn new things, meet friends and enjoy nutritious meals.

With a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, our children and young people can remain active while they are out of school, which is very important for their physical and mental health.
