Whether residents are looking to advance their social care career, return to work or to make a career change into the sector, the social care job fair has something for everyone at this free event organised by Hounslow Council’s Work Hounslow team on 3 November.

The Social Care Pathways Job Fair is being held at the Meadowbank Adult Education & Community Learning Centre in Cranford.
Come along and speak to local employers with live vacancies. A range of friendly local employers will be offering first round, introductory interviews on the day for a range of job vacancies, apprenticeships, and volunteering positions. Jobs available include nursery staff, teaching assistants, administrators, supported living, social care, health and elderly peoples service workers. All positions on offer will be at the London Living Wage or above.
Employers on the day will include Bright Horizons nurseries, Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare, C & C Healthcare, the NHS and many more.
Registration is advised to attend one of three times on the day: 2pm-3.30pm, 4.30pm-6pm and6pm-7.30pm. Free refreshments are also available to all registered attendees.
Councillor Lilly Bath, Cabinet Member for Children, Learning & Employment at Hounslow Council, said:
“This event is a great opportunity for people across the borough to find a new position in the social care sector where you can make a vital contribution to the people in need across the area.
