Support with mental health
Please remember your guests have been through a very traumatic experience, which they may or may not want to talk about. If they need help, please do your best to signpost them to any support they might need. Be as helpful as possible and treat them with respect and dignity, but do remember you may not be able to solve everything for them. Please be mindful of your own mental health and resilience as well.
