Bullying

Bullying and cyber-bullying can happen to any child.  Along with parents it is our role as professionals to try and keep children safe from bullying before it escalates. Bullying is behaviour that hurts someone else. It includes name calling, hitting, pushing, spreading rumours, threatening or undermining someone. It can happen anywhere.

In this section you will find materials that help in raising children and young people's awareness of bullying; encouraging assertiveness, modelling empathy, and what to do if they are being bullied.
