How to apply?
To apply for a Temporary Event Notice, and pay the £21 fee online, complete the online form.
**Important**
If you are submitting a temporary event notice on a Friday for the following Saturday or Sunday e.g. Friday 8 November 2024 for an event on Saturday 16 November or Sunday 17 November 2024 - please DO NOT complete the ONLINE form but download, complete this document and then submit it electronically via email to the Licencing team at licensing@hounslow.gov.uk and call 020 8583 4711 to make payment. We have been made aware of a technical issue surrounding this type of submission and we are currently working on a way to resolve it. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

(Please note: refunds are not provided once payment has been received. The notice fee is not refundable if the notice is withdrawn or cancelled, or is made too late or a statutory limit is exceeded).
Once you have completed the online form, you will receive a copy of your completed form attached to your acknowledgement email. Please keep this email safe.
You must submit your notice at least ten working days before the start of your event. This does not include the day of submitting your notice or the day of the event.
We will send your notice to Hounslow Police and Environmental Health.
If you apply for a late Temporary Event Notice, you will need to submit your notice:
- No later than five working days before the start of your event (not including the day of submitting your notice or the day of the event)
- A late Temporary Event Notice can not go ahead if given incorrectly or subject to any objections. If a counternotice is issued, there is no right to a hearing or appeal to the magistrates.
