Hounslow Volume 2 (Site Allocations DPD), Volume 3 (West of Borough DPD) and Volume 4 (Great West Corridor DPD) – Publication Versions
In accordance with regulation 27 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, this statement gives notice that Hounslow Council has withdrawn from examination the Publication Versions of the following development plan documents (“DPDs”) which had been submitted to the Secretary of State on 14th December 2020: Volume 2 (Site Allocations DPD), Volume 3 (West of Borough DPD) and Volume 4 (Great West Corridor DPD).
The resolution to withdraw these DPDs was made by the Borough Council on 18th July 2023. The resolution to withdraw was made pursuant to section 22 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, which enables a local planning authority to withdraw a local development document at any time before it is adopted.
