It can make a big difference to speak with people who understand your situation and who can support you through everything that comes with being a carer.
At this online group, you can talk to people who know exactly how you feel - people who are looking after someone (18+) with neurodiversity or a learning disability including:
- Attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- Autism and Asperger's syndrome
- Cerebral palsy
- Down's syndrome
- Dyslexia and Dyspraxia
- Profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD)
- and similar conditions
