Late entry team (14-18 years)
Once a child becomes looked after by the Local Authority and they are above the age of 14 years their case will be held until they reach the age of 18. All children will be supported to have a needs assessment, care plan and statutory review. The team works to provide permanency for children in care, transition to the leaving care team and supports unaccompanied minors and those remanded into care.
