With free installation for the basic service and a weekly fee of £3.50 per week Linkline is a quick response telephone service that lets you tell someone when you need help.

Staffed all day everyday (24/7/365) to give you peace of mind to live independently - knowing you can call when you need to and that help is at hand.

How does it work?

Each customer is given a small base unit with a trigger button and an accompanying pendant that can be triggered from anywhere in your home.

Once a call is received our staff will be able to speak to you and decide what action to take, whether that’s calling an ambulance, the police, or your GP.

If you are unable to speak a member of staff we will have your information on-screen and will contact your nominated key holders, such as family or friends as necessary, and ask them to visit you.

To connect to Linkline you will need: a telephone; a telephone point; a 13 amp socket close-by, as well as two key-holders. If you have a problem providing a key-holder you may be able to use a ‘key safe’ and you can discuss this with us when you apply.

Who can apply?

The current charge for the basic Linkline is £3.50 per week, usually with free installation, but you can opt in to more services, which we can explain to you if you call us.
