With over 250,000 residents in the borough, our council serves a diverse population, so our new website needs to provide a robust platform that will be the heart of how we interact with customers. The next few months will see the launch of the first services to use the “my account” feature, which will give you a ‘personalised’ view of council services based on your preferences and frequent uses.
