Pay online

Making a payment online is a simple process:

  1. Enter your tenancy account reference (using your 14 digit rent account reference found on your rent statement)
  2. Tell us how much you want to pay
  3. Submit your payment

Please note: There is a £5000 limit if you pay by credit card, debit card payments are unlimited. We do not permit: Diners club, Electron and American Express.

Make rent payments on your smartphone and tablet

You can also download an app to make payments easily on your smartphone or tablet. Select the device you have to find out more about the app:

If you're logging into Allpay for the first time, you'll be asked to create a new Allpay Internet Payment account. This gives you a username and password that you will need to use to login and make rent payments

Set up a Direct Debit

Paying by Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your rent.

With a Direct Debit, you simply instruct your bank to make a monthly payment to us for the cost of your rent. Once setup, this payment will then be made automatically on the same date every month, so there’s nothing else you need to do.

This makes life easy for you and there’s no chance you’ll forget to pay.

Pay your rent over the phone

We can take your rent payment over the phone using your credit or debit card. Please call us on 0845 30 10 210.

Please note: this call will cost you 2p per minute plus your company's access charge.

Paying at a Paypoint location

With your payment swipe card you can pay your rent at any Post Office. You can also pay at any shop or petrol station displaying the yellow PayPoint logo.

Pay your rent using online banking

Please reference payments using your 14 digit rent account reference found on your rent statement. Please use the following bank details:

  • NatWest Bank
  • Sort code 60-11-18

Pay your rent at a Post Office

You can pay at a Post Office if you have a rent card.

Take your rent card and payment to the Post Office and tell the counter assistant how much you want to pay.

This can be paid either by cash or cheque. Make cheques payable to ‘Post Office Ltd’.

Pay your rent by standing order

You can pay your rent by standing order through your bank or building society. The payments can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

If you need to pay rent arrears too, please contact us on 020 8583 4000 first.

Pick up a form from your bank. Fill in the form and give it to your bank. Do not return it to us.

You will need to give our bank details, which are:

Each time we change your rent we will send you a new form, which you must fill in and take to your bank.

We do not accept cash payments at our Housing offices.
