The midwife or doctor will issue the Medical Certificate of Stillbirth from the hospital and scan a copy by email to the register office registeroffice@hounslow.gov.uk.
However, if the medical practitioner has given the medical certificate to you as the informant, this should be brought with you to your appointment.
The medical certificate may take several days to be issued as the midwife or doctor certifying the stillbirth will need to follow certain procedures before completing the paperwork.
