Hounslow Council is now issuing five-year fixed term tenancy agreements.
If you have a fixed term tenancy, a review of your tenancy will be carried out within for the last 12 months of your tenancy. You will then be sent a tenancy review form to complete.
You will need to complete the form and return it to us, so that a decision can be made about whether the council will agree to issue you with a new fixed term tenancy. Details of sending the form will be sent to you.
Where a renewal is agreed the standard tenancy offered is a further 5-year tenancy however in exceptional circumstances a 2-year fixed term tenancy may be offered.
