A Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) assists council and applicants to agree timescales, actions and resources to guide development proposals through the planning process.
We offer a condensed and full PPA service. A condensed PPA is suitable for pre-application advice for relatively advanced proposals, less sensitive sites or those where potential issues are reasonably well known.
A full PPA is suitable for pre-application advice at the initial stages of project design, and where a comprehensive and collaborative approach is appropriate, eg, strategic development, as well as more sensitive sites or complex proposals.
