Making Hounslow Safe

What can I expect once an Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) Case Review (formerly a community trigger) is requested?

Once you have asked for an ASB Review, the safer Communities Team will initially assess your application to check that the ASB Review threshold has been met. The Safer Communities Team will then contact you to discuss next steps.

If the threshold has been met a review panel meeting with partner agencies will be arranged. At the review all agencies are required to provide details of their involvement and response to your complaint. The panel will review all information shared and consider further recommendations on how the problem can be resolved. If the panel determines that all agencies involved in supporting your complaint have carried out their responsibilities appropriately, it may conclude that 'no further action' is required.

A response will be communicated to you by an appointed lead agency, explaining the outcome of the ASB Review panel meeting.

If you are not satisfied with the response of the ASB Review, you can request a further review from the Chair of the Partnership or the Lead Member for Community Safety.

In the event of any further incident(s) occurring, please call the police non-emergency 101 reporting line. If there is an immediate threat to your personal safety please call the police on 999.
