Household Enquiry Form - please respond as soon as possible

All residential addresses in the borough will receive the annual Household Enquiry Form from 25 July.  All households must respond to the form to let us know who is eligible to register to vote at their address.

The names printed on the inside of your form are currently registered to vote - please check that all the details are correct.

To confirm that all of the details are correct, please respond to the form using ONE of the following options:

  • Online at householdresponse.com/Hounslow.  Please enter both parts of the security code printed on page 1 of your form when prompted to do so.
  • Text NOCHANGE followed by both parts of the security code printed on page 1 on your form to 80212 (standard charges apply)
  • Call 0800 197 9871.  Please type in both parts of the security code printed on page 1 of your form when prompted to do so.

If any of the details on your form need to be changed, please go to householdresponse.com/Hounslow to make the changes.

Responding online, by text or phone helps reduce administrative costs.  Please only return your form by post if you are unable to respond using the above options.

Please respond to form as soon as possible to avoid receiving a reminder.

It is a legal requirement to provide the information requested; even if the people living at your address are not eligible to vote.  If you do not provide the information, you could be fined £1,000.
