Primary School Supplementary Information Forms

School places are allocated according to the admission criteria of the school you are applying for.

Some schools (such as faith schools) require you to complete their supplementary information form (SIF) as well as Hounslow’s Common Application Form (online application).

SIF forms for Hounslow primary schools are available to download from the admissions pages on the school websites.

Please ensure you return your completed form directly to the school. We will not bear any responsibility for supplementary information forms submitted to Hounslow council.
