The Healthy Hounslow roving team will be out and about during Know Your Numbers! Week. They can give anyone aged 18 and over a free blood pressure check and information to go with it.
The team will be at the following locations:
- Wednesday, 6 September - 10am to 4pm - Bell Square.
- Friday, 8 September - 10am to 4pm - Clayponds Community Centre.
- Saturday, 9 September - 10am to 4pm - Health Outreach Team Shop - Treaty Centre.
