Additional Resurfacing and Highways Maintenance work 2024
The London Borough of Hounslow is pleased to have received extra funding from the Department for Transport which was unlocked and made possible by reallocated HS2 funding.
The PFI, delivered by Hounslow Highways, has published their Major Maintenance programme for 2024 and this funding has allowed us to plan in treatment on roads where no treatment would have occurred, either in full or repair, as per the latest Independent Surveys carried out in mid-2023.
The Council has selected a number of roads or sections of roads where this fund can be applied. We’ve assessed data and asset information and can confirm the following roads and sections will be treated using this funding.
This is a standalone programme of works and in addition to any schemes being completed by Hounslow Highways as part of the PFI. Details of the work being carried out within the PFI can be found on the Hounslow Highways website.
