Digital Festival 2023
Hounslow’s Digital Festival returns for its fourth anniversary this November, highlighting how the council is working with our residents to learn new skills and flourish.
Digital is not just about technology, it’s about the journey to give our residents the confidence to make the most of digital services, as well equipping our colleagues with the tools and knowledge to support our residents the best they can. The festival will run from Wednesday 1 November to Thursday 30 November with a focus on digital skills and employability.
You will be able to attend face-to-face sessions at our adult education centre in Cranford and our libraries across the borough. We are excited to work with Barclays to learn how to stay safe online and have also teamed up with Cisco to offer free courses for residents ranging from basic IT skills to more advanced courses in programming and networking. Cisco will also be providing an overview on their apprenticeship courses to enable you to step into the world of technology.
If you’re passionate about helping your community, there is also an opportunity to be able to join us as a Digital Champion where you will be given training to support others.
The line-up!
There are lots of free sessions available to Hounslow residents!
