Adoption is about making a real difference to a child’s life. So, when a child is unable to live with their birth parents, it’s really important to find an adoptive or long-term foster family who can offer them unconditional love and the start in life they deserve.
Adoption transfers all legal rights and responsibilities for the child from the birth parents to the adoptive parents who then have all the rights and responsibility that go along with being a parent. Adoption is a lifelong commitment which has the potential to change a child's life - and yours.
