This form allows interested parties to access and request information related to the Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). Upon request, the Energy team will provide the client with a list of providers who are able to carry out works for their framework.
This framework provides a means for customers to meet their legal requirements under the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 and the Building Regulations 2013.
