Collections can take place any time between 7am and 5pm on your collection day. Please visit our Collection Day Finder
We may have not collected your bin on your collection day for one of the following reasons:
- Wrong containers – Your rubbish or recycling was placed in the wrong container, we will not collect any excess waste (e.g. any items that cannot go into your black wheelie bin)
- Wrong place – Your rubbish or recycling was not in the correct location for collection i.e. at the edge of your property and visible
- Wrong time – Your rubbish and recycling was not left out for collection by 7 am on your collection day
If none of the above applies and your bin has not been collected by 5 pm on your collection day, please report it as a missed collection.
You can only report a missed collection using this form after 5 pm on the day of your collection until 5pm on the following day. Wheeled bin or sacks must be left at the front of your property ready for collection for two working days
This information is fed through to the collection crews and ensures a re-collection as quickly as possible.
