Hounslow Council’s Cabinet held on 12 February approved the adoption of a new Customer Services Strategy over the next three years.

Customer services has been on a journey of transformation over the past two years to make improvements that support our residents. We are keen on increasing our performance by maintaining customer satisfaction and to do this, we are looking for feedback from residents on how customer services is delivered.

A consultation on the customer services strategy is now open for people to give their feedback. The six week consultation period will run from Monday 4 March to Friday 12 April.

Councillor Pritam Grewal, Cabinet Member for Customer Services and Corporate Performance, Hounslow Council, said: “Looking after our customers and taking the opportunity to learn from them is key to delivering services that are both effective and efficient.

“This Customer Services Strategy outlines how we will use emerging technology and insight to help us reach our ambitions for the borough.

"Much has been achieved, particularly in relation to managing our footfall, increasing our digital offer and increasing our performance with telephone contact.

“We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied by their customer experience but to also increase more online services.”
