Notice of election

Hounslow Council has published the formal Notice of Election for all 60 seats on the council, which will be held on Thursday 3 May.

Nomination papers have been published for prospective candidates wanting to run in the local elections next month. A pack has been produced to help candidates complete their nomination papers, with a dedicated section of the council’s website providing additional information about the nomination process, standing as a councillor, and the Election timetable, which sets out key dates between now and 3 May.

Candidates have from 9am on Monday 26 March until 4pm on Friday 6 April to submit their nomination to the Returning Officer, Interview Room 8, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow, TW3 4DN.

Candidates are strongly encouraged to book an appointment to have their nomination pack informally checked before it is formally submitted.

The nomination forms and guidance information can be downloaded from www.hounslow.gov.uk/localelection2018. For further help with nominations papers, please contact Kully Tumber, Deputy Returning Officer, at Kully.tumber@hounslow.gov.uk or telephone 020 8583 2095.
