Statement from Councillor Steve Curran, Leader of Hounslow Council on the New York terror attack.

Councillor Steve Curran, Leader of Hounslow Council said:

“Following the terror attack in New York [yesterday, Tuesday 31 October], we would like to express our deepest sympathies on behalf of everyone in our borough, to the families and friends of those who have died and those who were injured.

“Sadly, we are yet again talking about another senseless attack. 

“As always, we continue to encourage all our residents to remain calm but vigilant. We must stand strong together as one community and support each other in what are extremely difficult times.
