Carers Week

To recognise the contribution of carers in the borough, we are celebrating Carers Rights Day on Thursday 25 November with an online information session.

Everyone is welcome to join the meeting between 1pm and 3pm with topics including support available for carers and how to access it, and your chance to ask questions from a range of services including the Community Solutions Team, The Mulberry Centre, Sunshine of Hounslow, One You Hounslow, and Hounslow’s Carers Advisor, Lynn Hammond. The next edition of the Carers Information Sheet will also be launched.

For anyone who would like to speak to someone in person, or ask a question in confidence, the Community Solutions Team will be available in the foyer of Hounslow House between 1pm and 3pm on the Thursday. No appointment necessary.

Whether online or in-person, we hope you can join us for a useful, informative, and enjoyable Carers Rights Day.
