Steven Forbes, Hounslow's Executive Director of Children's and Adults Services, said:
“We know that school holidays can be extremely challenging for families who live on a low income.
“This year has been especially tough because of the coronavirus pandemic, which has disrupted schooling and had a financial impact on many of our residents.
“School holidays should be a chance for children to have fun experiences, socialise with their peers and make lasting memories – and no child should miss out on that.
“We encourage families to visit our website and look at the wide range of online and outdoor opportunities for them to get involved in.”
The Council has teamed up with its partners across the borough to make access possible over the forthcoming Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays during 2021.
