Coalo provides full services to all residents during the second lockdown

Statement from Cllr Lambert Cabinet Member for Highways, Recycling and Companies on Coalo services during lockdown.

"As you will all no doubt be aware, on Saturday 31 October the Prime Minister announced a lockdown across England. The month-long measures are due to come into force on Thursday 5 November 2020.

"Following the latest government guidance regarding the impending lockdown, Coalo would like to update our residents on the way forward we will be taking as of Thursday 5 November 2020 in regards services.

"In accordance with the guidance we will continue to provide a full service to all our residents, offering a range of services.  However, you may find that our operatives attend your home in personal protective equipment.

"Our responsive service will continue as normal.  We have safely and successfully delivered uninterrupted, high quality services throughout the COVID crisis and will continue to do so but will also continue to monitor the guidance from Government."
