There is a problem with my vaccine record and it is not showing in the NHS app. How can I fix this?

Please do not contact your GP, they cannot alter this for you. Only the site which gave you your vaccination can support. If you are having issues getting hold of the site, if for example, it is no longer operational, then please contact publichealth@hounslow.gov.uk

I had one or both vaccines administered abroad. Why can’t these show in the NHS app?

Vaccines administered may be able to be programmed into the NHS App and registered in the UK. You have to have received one of the approved vaccinations in order to have them registered in the UK. You can book an appointment to have your vaccinations entered into the NHS system via the NHS Website https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/tell-nhs-about-coronavirus-vaccinations-abroad/.

Please note you will have to travel to a specific centre to receive the validation service
