Open Access  - Anchor Counselling Service 

Anchor Counselling Service has significantly expanded its capacity to be able to offer open access for anyone experiencing the need for mental health support. This can be for NHS staff or members of the public experiencing emotional difficulties. The service will aim to respond to a request for help within 24 hours during Monday to Friday. However NHS staff will be given priority.

West London Trust Single of Access

If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please call 0300 123 244 for help, advice and access to West London Trust services.

The phoneline is staffed by trained mental health advisors and clinicians and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  It's open to anyone concerned about a mental health crisis including family members/carers, GPs and other professionals. Due to Coronavirus it may take longer to answer calls than usual and please be prepared for a little wait. Calls will be charged at the same rate as geographic numbers (landlines starting with 01 or 02).

Heads Together

If you need support with your mental health but don’t know where to turn, our Heads Together Charity Partners are there for you. Whoever you are and whatever you’re going through, talking it through can help and it’s important you know you’re not alone. We all struggle with our mental health at times, and we all need support.

Samaritans 

Samaritans provides confidential, non-judgemental emotional support for people experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those that could lead to suicide. You can phone, email, write a letter or in most cases talk to someone face to face.

Mind Infoline

You can Mind Infoline anything from mental health problems, where to get help near you, treatment options and advocacy services.

Mind provides confidential mental health information services. The Infoline gives information on types of mental health problems, where to get help, drug treatments, alternative therapies and advocacy. Mind works in partnership with around 140 local Minds providing local mental health services.

Rethink Mental illness Advice Line

Rethink Mental Illness Advice Line provides expert advice and information to people with mental health problems and those who care for them, as well as giving help to health professionals, employers and staff.

Rethink also runs Rethink services and groups across England.

Saneline

Saneline is a national mental health helpline providing information and support to people with mental health problems and those who support them.

SHOUT 

SHOUT is UK’s first 24/7 text service, free on all major mobile networks, for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere. It’s a place to go if you’re struggling to cope and you need immediate help.
