Brentford FC Community Sports Trust are offering free online fitness, yoga and Pilates classes to Hounslow residents book now. For young people, there are a range of great community activities, including Kicks, Street Sports and football leagues at venues like the new Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub. Our Parks are running a new 9-week 'Couch to Fitness' programme, funded by Sport England. The programme brings you an effective series of 3 workouts a week to gradually build up your physical fitness from scratch. There is something for everyone! #TurnUpToneUp.
OurParks Outdoor Sessions must be pre-booked in line with Government guidelines. Only participants booked onto this session will be allowed to take part. Bootcamp @ Redlees Park 10am Saturdays and Bootcamp @ Hanworth Park 10am Sundays.
