Approved premises - licensed venues for ceremonies

You can book your ceremony for the Garden Room at Feltham Lodge or the registrars attendance fee for any of the approved venues in the borough, online! Its a simple form to complete and payment is taken at the same time.

Please note - any venue licenced for civil ceremonies within the borough are subject to separate fees for hire. Please book the venue first before booking the registrar.

Book your ceremony

We hold the following ceremonies at licensed venues in the London Borough of Hounslow: marriage and civil partnerships, civil partnership to marriage conversion, renewal of vows and baby naming ceremonies.

Once you have decided on a venue in the borough, you should check availability with them on the date of your choice. You will also need to contact us to confirm and book a registrar to attend your ceremony. The booking of a registrar to attend your ceremony will be confirmed on receipt of your payment.

If you book your ceremony at Feltham Lodge the attendance of the registrars will be booked for you. See 'Your wedding ceremony' page for current fees.

If you choose to book your ceremony at one of the other approved venues in Hounslow you will need to pay a fee for the registrars' attendance which is separate from the venue hire fee. Please speak directly to the venue regarding their fees and availability.

Fee for Registrars to attend a venue between 9am and 4.30pm - £495.00. For ceremonies between 17.00- 19.00 £688.00.

Ceremony times are 11.30 and 15.30 but we can accommodate earlier morning and later afternoon ceremonies.

We will guide you through your ceremony and each one is individually tailored. We suggest a format for your ceremony but we will of course consider your suggestions as long as they comply with the marriage and civil partnership laws.

Sundays

The fee for the registrars to attend a venue on Sunday between 9am and 5.30pm - £825.00.

At this present time we do not offer Sunday ceremonies at Feltham Lodge. We do not offer any ceremonies on Bank Holidays.

You can provisionally book your ceremony for Feltham Lodge or to book the registrar for a venue in the London Borough of Hounslow online.

If you would like to discuss your ceremony

If you would like to meet with the Superintendent Registrar/Deputy Superintendent Registrar to discuss your ceremony, you can email registeroffice@hounslow.gov.uk to book an appointment. This can be arranged once we have received your completed questionnaire and legal paperwork.
