Who we are
We are a team of Social Workers and Social Work assistants with professional knowledge and resources to support any Hounslow residents experiencing mental health difficulties.
What we do
We aim to prevent deterioration in the mental health of Hounslow residents and increase the wellbeing of communities.
You don't need to have a mental health diagnosis to receive our support. We listen to your concerns and offer emotional and practical support to help you make a plan. This includes care need assessments (under the care act 2014), signposting to other agencies, providing advice and guidance, linking with community resources.
How we deliver our service
Since the COVID -19 restrictions are lifted, we have restarted our face-to-face drop-in services while maintaining the virtual drop-in platform.
Should you still wish to attend a virtual drop-in, please complete the online form below and we will be in touch with you soon.
Confidentiality: we can assure you that any information obtained from you is subjected to GDPR and is confidential. It will only be shared and stored with your consent.
