Who we are
We are a team of Social Workers and Social Work assistants with professional knowledge and resources to support any Hounslow residents experiencing mental health difficulties.
What we do
We aim to prevent deterioration in the mental health of Hounslow residents and increase the wellbeing of communities.
You don't need to have a mental health diagnosis to receive our support. We listen to your concerns, and offer emotional and practical support to help you make plans. This includes care need assessments (under the care act 2014), signposting to other agencies, providing advice and guidance, linking with community resources.
How we deliver our service
We previously held drop-in sessions across the borough where we met with residents to have face-to-face about their mental health difficulties.
However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we're no longer offering the face-to-face session until further notice.
As a temporary arrangement, w're hosting Virtual Drop-In sessions where we aim to support you through the video conferencing platform or over the phone.
Confidentiality: we can assure you that any information obtained from you is subjected to GDPR and is confidential. It will only be shared and stored with your consent.
Should you wish to attend a virtual drop-in, please complete the online below, and we will be in touch soon.
If your concerns need urgent attention, call us on 0208 583 3003 - option 1 between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
