Who we are
We are a team of Social Workers and Social Work assistants with professional knowledge and resources to support any Hounslow residents experiencing mental health difficulties.
What we do
We aim to prevent deterioration in the mental health of Hounslow residents and increase the wellbeing of communities. You don't need to have a mental health diagnosis to receive our support. We listen to your concerns. We can offer emotional and practical support to help you make plans. This includes care need assessments(under the care act 2014), signposting to other agencies, providing advice and guidance, linking with community resources etc.
How we deliver our service
We used to have drop-in sessions across the borough where we used to meet residents face-to-face chats regarding their mental health difficulties. However, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, we are no longer offering this face-to-face session until further notice. As a temporary arrangement, we are having Virtual Drop-In where we aim to support you through the video conferencing platform or over the telephone.
