Notice of Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places in the London Borough of Hounslow

  1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Hounslow is conducting a review of polling districts, polling places that fall within the Borough.
  2. The Acting Returning Officer (ARO) for the Parliamentary Constituencies of Feltham & Heston and Brentford & Isleworth will make comment on the review together with the ARO for the Constituency of Hammersmith & Chiswick for the three Borough wards of Hounslow that fall into that area namely Chiswick Gunnersbury, Chiswick Homefields and Chiswick Riverside.
  3. Any proposals and representations will be published on the Council’s website in accordance with the timetable set out below. Physical copies of the proposals are available on request.
  4. Electors within the London Borough of Hounslow or within the parliamentary constituencies (as stated in 2. above) may make representations as part of this review.
  5. The London Borough of Hounslow would also welcome the views of all residents, particularly disabled residents, or any person or body with expertise in access for persons with any type of disability, on any proposals in the ARO’s representation, or any other related matters.
  6. Persons or bodies making representations of alternative polling places should, if possible, propose alternative locations within the appropriate polling districts.
  7. Comments and representations must be made no later than 2 September 2024 and may be submitted as follows:
