Building communities

We are not just building homes, we are helping to enhance, sustain and create the communities around them. New and affordable homes, investment in infrastructure and a booming commercial sector are all key ingredients for regenerating and enhancing the flourishing communities of Hounslow.

Our plans to secure new homes will deliver a more attractive and connected borough for residents to enjoy, including good quality streets, better transport connections, access to new and existing schools, leisure facilities and town centres, as set out in our Local Plan.

Garage Blocks Behind 17 Ashford Road Feltham Redevelopment of council garage site to provide a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed homes, this scheme is being delivered by Sapphire housing. 
Garages opposite 14-16 Brentside, TW8 8BS  Redevelopment of council garage site to provide a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed houses, this scheme is being delivered by Habinteg Housing. 
Manor Lane Acquisition of 35 new homes including purchase of private units which will be flipped to deliver as rented. 
Triangle Site, New Road, Feltham TW13 4BY Joint partnership with Council owned Lampton Development 360 to deliver 124 new council homes at New Road Triangle.

BELLVUE COURT 141-149 STAINES ROAD HOUNSLOW TW3 3JB  New development providing 25 new council homes.
Brentford Waterside Block D, TW8 8AE  Demolition of existing building to provide 96 new council homes and 12 retail spaces on the ground floor. 
Everglades, Inwood Avenue, TW3 1XF Everglades is a redevelopment of single persons hostel to deliver a mix of 33 rent and shared ownership homes. 
Orchard Road Car Park, WINDMILL ROAD BRENTFORD TW8 0PW  Orchard Road exemplifies zero carbon design, with all 5 family sized houses exceeding a 100% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions beyond the relevant Building Regulations targets. 
Rose Gardens, Feltham TW13 4JE Rose Gardens is an infill development of 42 new council homes within an existing estate. In developing new homes, there will be enhancements to landscaping, public spaces.
Clements Court, Green Lane, TW4 6EB  Redevelopment within the existing Clements Court estate utilising vacant spaces to provide 48 council homes. 
Bulk purchase: Homebase, SYON LANE ISLEWORTH TW7 5QE  Redevelopment of the Homebase site with mixed-use proposal, comprising a large supermarket and associated car parking as well as 473 homes (35% affordable) 164 council homes.
