Gunnersbury Triangle London Wildlife Trust - Discover your next day out

Calling all nature lovers: if you’re a keen English wildlife observer or a parent looking to get your kids outdoors, the Gunnersbury Triangle is a unique natural location in Hounslow, recognised by the London Wildlife Trust.

The Triangle spans a massive three hectares packed full of wonderful English wildlife including woodpeckers, frogs, hedgehogs, and more. Immerse yourself in the natural world, the Triangle is open at all times, although for the best chances of sighting wildlife we’d recommend visiting between April and November.

This wet woodland nature reserve was saved from development in the early 1980s and enhanced by the creation of ponds and grassland areas. Just a short walk from Chiswick Park station, the reserve has sloping footpaths made from natural materials and anti-slip, decked walkways, so visitors can enjoy the scenery with a pleasant stroll no matter the weather.
