- The Arts Centre, located in Hounslow’s Treaty Centre, provides its visitors with a wonderful multifaceted cultural experience. Originally simply a theatre, they have since expanded with cultural offerings to better serve the needs of diverse local groups. Visitors can enjoy theatrical performances and foreign language cinema screenings.
