We provide a community-based service that offers residents with information on local health and wellbeing support services. This is through our health outreach team (HOT).
The team also offers:
- blood pressure checks
- Body Mass Index (BMI) checks
- advice on health concerns such as:
- diabetes
- high blood pressure
- smoking
- mental health issues

Opening times are:
- Tuesday to Saturday - 9am to 5pm
The centre is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
HOT bus
The HOT bus regularly visits venues across Hounslow. There is no need to book an appointment, just turn up on the day.
The bus will be at the following locations on the following dates:

- Wednesday 2 September: Health Outreach Shop, Treaty Centre - 9am to 5pm.
- Wednesday 2 September: Area Forum, Heston Community Centre - 6am to 7pm.

- Friday 4 September: Community Hub, Brentford Library - 10am to 2pm
- Friday 4 September: Community Hub, Meadowbank Library - 10am to 2pm
- Monday 7 September: Community Hub, Hounslow House, TW3 3EB - 10am to 1pm

The team also works closely with a variety of NHS services such as sexual health, social prescribing, and the councils Healthy Hounslow service.
