Hounslow Plan
The council’s most important document is the Hounslow Plan - the administration's priorities for the next four years and the way in which the executive wants the authority to develop, ensuring value-for-money, high performance and quality services.
Hounslow’s leader, Councillor Peter Thompson, said: “We are clear about what we are trying to achieve over the next four years - namely a new type of council, excellent services for all our residents, and to build a stronger and more united community.
“We want people to feel proud to live in Hounslow and to feel that they have a council that shares their concerns and is responsive to their needs.
“Central to this vision will be the creation of a council that is fit for purpose, and ready to meet the challenging and changing demands of managing such a diverse borough.”
