Navigation
The menu on the left of the screen shows the main sections of the site. When you click on one of these sections the menu opens up to show relevant subsections and pages. The current page is highlighted with a light green background and the sections you have clicked on to reach the current page remain visible in the left menu to help you find your way back to previous pages.
Alternatively you can use the back button on your browser to return to the page you last visited or click on the Hounslow banner at the top of every page to return to the home page. If there are related pages, forms, documents or external links associated with the page you are viewing these will be accessible from the right hand side of the screen.
Council services A-Z
The Council services A-Z is an alphabetical list of services. If you know the name of the service you require you can find it quickly in the A-Z rather than rather than clicking through the sections.
Search
At the top of each page is a search box to help you find the information you are looking for on the website. Enter one or more keywords and click on the ‘Search’ button to bring up a list of pages which are related to the word or words you have searched for.
Documents
The majority of downloadable files on the Hounslow Council website are PDF files. To view a PDF file you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded for free from www.adobe.co.uk.

We have worked hard to achieve a high level of cross browser compatibility and on the majority of other browsers and versions, our content should be legible and online forms will also be functional.
If you experience any problems, you may choose to update your browser to the latest version via the appropriate suppliers website.
