Accessibility in 2006 event

The Accessibility in 2006 event highlighted the importance of accessibility and usability in the drive to offer services efficiently and increasing take-up of web services by ensuring good customer service experiences via websites.
The event featured presentations by BrowseAloud, Web Credible and the London Borough of Hounslow.
