Recycling - sites

There are over 50 sites around the borough with recycling banks where you can deposit various items for recycling.

Please use these recycling banks responsibly. If the banks are full do not leave your recycling on the ground as it looks unsightly, can attract other dumping and may eventually go to landfill. If you find a bank is full please contact the Recycling Team on the number below and it will be emptied as soon as possible. Please try to avoid using the sites late at night to minimise disturbance to local residents.

Removal of Heston Fairground recycling site

Due to persistent dumping of waste, we have permanently removed the recycling banks at this site. Dumping rubbish is unpleasant for passers-by and dangerous to park users and local wildlife. It’s also costly for us to clear.

Please use your nearest site at North Hyde Lane/ Ringway, Heston to recycle items

To recycle plastic items, please visit Homebase, Syon Lane.

Tesco facilities

Tesco have installed automated recycling facilities to 3 Tesco Extra sites within the London Borough of Hounslow.

The 3 sites are:
