Cash at any Post Office or retailer displaying the Paypoint sign, by presenting your bar coded bill with payment.
By Post: Make cheques payable to London Borough of Hounslow. Send payments to Cash Office, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN. (If a receipt is required you must send the whole instalment slip and a stamped addressed envelope).
Standing Order: If you choose this option you must make your own arrangements with your Bank or Building Society, which must be in accordance with the payment amounts and dates shown on your bill, ensuring they quote your account reference.
Please make sure you quote the correct reference number when using all methods of payment otherwise we may not be able to allocate the funds directly to your account.
