Hounslow has very little of its own housing available for people who are facing homelessness and each year the demand for housing grows.
Whilst we are working with housing organisations to offer a range of housing options, we are keen to attract more landlords to rent their properties through us, so that we can respond to the ever increasing need of Hounslow residents.
We are committed to providing good quality housing to our residents and will work with and support landlords to help achieve this. We have a wide range of services and support to help you understand the legislative requirements you have as a landlord, when renting your property through us, and can also help clarify what your rights are if faced with difficult tenants.
Using the information from this website, we can provide you with information on training and accreditation, schemes and incentives to rent through us, advice, forums, newsletters and grants.
Our specialist lettings team and tenant liaison officer will guide and support you through what can seem like quite complex processes.
