How to submit a challenge or representation

If you want to submit a challenge or representation against your PCN you must do this in writing.

You can submit a challenge or representation in the following ways:

• Challenge a parking fine (PCN) online

• By post to:

           Parking Services
           Civic Centre
           Lampton Road
           Hounslow
           TW3 4DN

If you are not using the online form please ensure you include the following information:

• PCN number, which starts with HW

• Vehicle registration number

• Your name and address

• Any details you wish to be considered, including supporting evidence and documents

Please note that you cannot contest a PCN via phone or in person, and all challenges or representations must be in writing
