A maximum of ten short-term visitor permits per household, per twelve-month period will be issued.
A maximum of two short-term visitor permits will be issued per household in zone R. Each line is valid for 1 whole days parking during event days. Complete and sign a short-term visitor application form, available to download from this page.
The permit is in the form of a lined booklet.
There are 30 lines in one booklet and each line is valid for one hour from the start time.
For residents living in the Rugby Zone: please note that each line on the visitors booklet allows you to park for one whole day. You can fill out the appropriate amount of lines for the visit and give it to your visitor to display in their vehicle.
It must be used as if it were a resident permit.
A booklet of permits costs £20 unless you live in the Twickenham event zone where permits are free.
There is an additional charge of £20 to have this permit issued in person at the Civic Centre
